So this weekend my room mates threw and 80's party...and it totally reminded me how much I LOVE the 80's! In preparation for this affair, I listened to 80's tag radio on Last.fm for hours and rediscovered my love of Paul Simon. My parents played Graceland all the time when I was a little kid, and now it fills me with absolute JOY. It's also amazing because I feel like Vampire Weekend were extremely subconsciously influenced by this album...check it.
Plus I'm also obsessed with Africa...as he clearly was.
